The Hong Kong Jockey Club Community Project Grant: Ageing Well with Youth Intergenerational Programme supports the mental wellbeing of older people and young people. It creates opportunities to learn from one another, build empathy and reduce age-related stereotypes.

The programme works with older people, secondary school students, schools, parents, teachers and elderly centres. Activities are arranged with participating schools and community organisations.

Services include counselling, workshops for older people, youth ambassador training, visits and educational talks. Young people build knowledge and listening skills, while older participants receive opportunities for connection, personal growth and emotional support.
