When emotions need somewhere to go

A quiet moment to put difficult feelings into words

Every feeling deserves to be heard

Anxiety, loss, anger, helplessness and even a heaviness that is hard to name are all real. You do not need to organise your feelings before you talk to us.

Our volunteers let you express yourself in your own way. There is room for silence, and you never have to answer something you would rather not discuss.

A conversation without judgement

Many people worry that others will not understand, or fear becoming a burden. With our listening service, you can talk about feelings that may be difficult to share with family or friends.

We value the privacy of every conversation and support each caller with respect and empathy.

You do not have to carry it alone

Asking someone to listen is not a sign of weakness. It is a way to give yourself a little more room. When you are ready to speak, we will listen carefully at the other end of the line.

Whether the difficulty comes from relationships, family, work, study or a change in life, you can begin here and say what is on your mind at your own pace.
